Meet the FSA Principal

The Fr. Sauer Academy is led by Connor Geraghty, a dedicated educator with experience working with students across all grade levels in Southern California, South America, and the Bay Area. As one of FSA’s founding teachers, Mr. Geraghty has witnessed the school’s growth into the transformational community it is today.

Grounded in Jesuit values, Mr. Geraghty believes deeply in educating the whole student. At FSA, students don’t just study math—they learn how to make friends; they don't just code in computer science—they learn cooperation; they don't just read and write in English—they learn empathy.  Middle school is a time of tremendous growth, change, and yes, even mistakes, and our staff is here to accompany students on this journey in a safe, supportive, and rigorous school environment. His hope is that every graduate leaves FSA having truly lived out the PLLUSS verbs—persist, love, lead, unite, serve, and seek—which form the heart of the Academy’s mission.
